I've been writing songs for all my life.  I have been blessed to have my music played all over the world. However some of my most intimate songs to God have been stored inside a drawer. But this one song was different for me. This one I felt the tap from above and decided to be obedient to what I felt God was sharing with me.

The people closest to me know that I have experienced seeing angels, feeling the presence of God overwhelmingly to the point of weeping and even having the ability to communicate with my father and mother after their passing. I have had prophetic dreams and messages and experienced seeing heaven with messages given by those who have passed telepathically. These are experiences I don't share with people everyday and for the most part I have kept them to myself and only shared with the circle of safe love around me now.  

 I don't know about you but I felt like the last 4 years was a huge test for all of us. Between dealing with COVID, losing loved ones I deeply loved, seeing the issues going on in America and around the world, seeing my pastor and other churches feel the pressure of people dealing with depression, suicide, illnesses and so much more during these times, it can sometimes be so overwhelming.   

Rain From Heaven is about having a direct and intimate conversation with God. It's about healing, it's about asking God to step in, it's about believing in what he can do and it's about speaking and decreeing what we want to bring into our lives. All together, Rain From Heaven is about moving into positions of faith, removing fears and lies that either have been stored in us from trauma or that have been presented to us in circumstances we feel outside of our control. Rain From Heaven is about activating ourselves in what he teaches, inviting God's presence and having the heavens move on our behalf through our prayers of invitation and need. 

I mustered the courage to write this song and share it with my pastor and worship team at the time and we played it for our church. It went from our church to another church to another church, and the rest is God's continued touch and history. 

I know it is customary to write a huge music bio of work I've done in these platforms but I told my team that in this moment all I want in this Rain From Heaven song is for you to feel the Holy Spirit and know he's got you and us together. 

 Let the song, words, and the message of hope that he brings us through the song Rain From Heaven carry you and touch you with the love he so much wants to give you and me. 

To sing and write from my soul with God's touch is something I treasure. The ability to write melodies and words that create hope and joy that can take a loving position for healing and joy in all our lives is beyond exciting. 

I believe by praying, loving, sharing and working together we will activate a major breakthrough and attain the Rain From Heaven.  A breakthrough that only can be done with us working together with God, through God and for God.
